Our complete product lineup delivers comprehensive cutting solutions, including HL series, AS series, ADF series, AT series, SN series, cermet tools and ceramic milling cutters. We provide customized tool types to match customers’ different machining requirements.
Q2: What industries are your products used in?
A: High-performance ceramic cutting tools feature outstanding heat resistance, wear resistance and chipping resistance. They are mainly suitable for rough turning, finish turning and milling of superalloys, cast iron, high-hardness steel and other materials. Their application fields cover new energy & traditional automotive, mold manufacturing, aerospace, construction machinery, rail transit, shipbuilding, precision bearings, wind power equipment, precision components, medical precision machining, graphite, copper alloys and other industries.
Q3: Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we offer customization based on your drawings or samples. OEM/ODM services are available.
Q4: Can I customize the packaging?
A: Yes, neutral or custom logo packaging is available upon request.
Q5: Are your products certified?
A: Yes, We can provide ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other certification documents, subject to clients' specific demands.
Q6: Can you provide brochures?
A: We offer free e-brochures.
Q7: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please send product drawings, dimensions, workpiece material, order quantity, machining conditions and other details to our email, and provide your email address. We will prepare the quotation and send it to you at the earliest opportunity.
Q8: Can you do EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP terms?
A: We accept EXW and FOB trade terms, with Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen as optional loading ports.
Q9: What markets do you serve?
A: Our customers are distributed across the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Brazil and other regions.
Q10: Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
A: Yes, samples are available. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on the complexity.
